Didn't find the driver

We tried calling the call center more than 30 times for more than an hour with no response! Driver set the status of journey is complete without show off. This was terrible experience that I had advised my daughter to get after I advised her to cancel her booking with her preferred taxi company to try your company!! It was a big mistake that I regret to.

Ripp off of our pandemic credit

we placed a credit note with taxicode during the pandemic and di not made them to return the money - there thankful answer now is not to get back to us so we can use the creditavoidvoid

Refund for taxi cancelled by your company

Your company cancelled our taxi that was booked for 18th April - 6.45 am (it was cancelled via email at 5.55 am causing us great problems) and still have not refunded the amount paid. The ref. number is MB435C5DADB91 and I have been told the refund is in place but nearly 10 days have past and if we cannot have proof from you that the refund is being processed we will be taking legal actions. Please send us info ASAP so as to avoid further problems.

User's recommendation: I am still waiting to get a refund for a taxi that was cancelled via email 1 hour before we were due to go to the airport - 6.45 am pick up. Terrible service, no refund as of yet and we had to pre pay the whole service up front!
